Todd Burdick is the usual Sousaphone/Tuba player, yes, and a founder of the band, but that is surely not him, but a stand-in, as happens quite often in their gigs for one or another of them, though sometimes Todd just isn't there. The person has a broad face and body, and wears glasses, and Shaye gives him instructions, which she never has to do with Todd.
