Wow sana ako na sunod madali lng ba process Ng naturalization? Ako din kinabahan nun nag rij praktijk examen, naipasa ko sya one time. Ok lng Yan may next p naman

Oo madali nalang basta naipasa mo lahat Ung inburgering exam for naturalization. Success sa pag apply mo. And congratulations sa rij praktijk very useful pag marunog mag drive dito. Buti nalang nakapasa na din ako nag take ako ng 2nd praktijk exam agad agad nun. In 2 weeks after my 1st exam nakakuha ako agad ng schedule sa CBR para mag exam ulit. Kaya im so happy. 😀

Congratulations! Do you have information about what happened to your property in the Philippines when you renounce your Philippine Citizenship? LIke if you have a house or aquired property like land, condo etc? Thanks in advance!

🔘Any natural-born Philippine citizen who has lost their Philippine citizenship may still own private land in the Philippines (up to a maximum area of 5,000 square meters in the area of rural land). In the case of married couples, the total area that both couples are allowed to purchase should not exceed the maximum area mentioned above. 🔘Sec. 8. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7 of this Article, a natural-born citizen of the Philippines who lost his Philippine citizenship may be a transferee of private lands, subject to limitations provided by law. Gleaning from the foregoing provisions, if the said non-Filipino has been instituted in a will as an heir to a real property; he is capacitated to acquire the said real property on the basis of the will. The provision of the Constitution is clear that even non-Filipino citizens can own real properties in the Philippines by virtue of hereditary succession.

Hello Blythsm, you mentioned that your father was a Dutch citizen does is mean that your father now is Naturalized Filipino citizen? Is there any proof like in your birth certificate, that clearly stated the father has a Dutch citizenship? If yes then You as a child can have your father citizenship even your parents are not married. You need to apply that in the Netherlands embassy in the Philippines.
