Complimenten voor het geruststellen van de beknelde persoon door continue te vertellen wat jullie gaan doen. Vooral het moment dat jullie met de schaar de bovenkant van de B-pilaar doorknippen lijkt mij erg eng voor de persoon omdat het zo dichtbij is en je het kunt zien vanuit je ooghoeken.. p.s. Mooi werk! Toch mijn bedenking bij het feit dat de pt zelf uit het voertuig stapt. Beetje overbodig werk allemaal, als je de pt niet gaat immobiliseren en bevrijden uit het vrtg.. Gezien de schade, kan je van een hoog energetisch ongeval uitgaan, en zou deze pt toch een volledige immobilisatie krijgen, en verwijderd worden uit het vrtg. Just my 2 cents. Het werk van de bw was dan weer zeer mooi, goed en snel!

At first I though that they were going to extract him laying him on his back inside the car and transfer him to the stretcher but the only thing they did was puting the neck collar and he left walking by himself.

I really hope you just didn't prioritize the car above a human life. My dad has been a firefighter for 20+ years and he would cut the living crap out of any car to make sure to transport the driver and passengers out. After a crash you are in shock, you can't really feel most of the pain and can't tell the paramedics much about your injuries. One wrong move and he could become paralized for the rest of his life. Is that worth a one broken door and a side panel? That car is prolly gonna get crushed anyway in the junkyard.

Goed werk! veel respect!! Maar ik vraag me af, in deze video nemen jullie de tijd om alles goed en netjes door te knippen enz. Maar stel nou dat het slachtoffer een hevig bloedende wond heeft, of er gevaar voor brand is of iets dergelijks? Is er dan een soort "spoed" procedure? Lijkt mij dat je dan gewoon binnen een paar seconden het slachtoffer eruit hebt. Ook al zou dit ernstige letsel klachten kunnen veroorzaken.. Ik ben gewoon benieuwd hoe dat nou zit.

Inderdaad we overleggen altijd met het ambu personeel wat als het slachtoffer achteruit gaat. Dan hebben we een plan+ en dan gaat het slachtoffer er zo snel mogelijk uit.

Has the ambulance personnel decided to remove the side by the fire department. If you do not, the victim must make many movements to get out of the car. Because we have removed the side, the victim can turn at once and get out of the car. If we use a stretcher, it will take much longer to get the victim into the ambulance. That was why the ambulance chose to remove the side."

Verissimo! Questa non è una squadra di soccorso, ma una gang di vandali!!! Un'auto con pochissimi danni, irrimediabilmente tagliata per "estrarre" una persona apparentemente incolume che non era neanche incastrata e che camminava sulle proprie gambe! Mai vista una cosa del genere in nessun altro paese al mondo! Tagliano anche il telaio sì, ma in caso di necessità... Io mi farei ricomprare l'auto da loro!!! Va bene che la vita umana non ha prezzo, ma a questi manca proprio il senso della misura! Dopo aver visto ciò, non andrò mai in Olanda con un' auto di mia proprietà!

Я еще не заметил, аккумулятор-то хоть отсоединили перед тем, как начать резать? Как-то варварски все искромсали авто. Возможно, если не порезать авто, не считается спасением.

Видимо они подготовили все для плана А и Б. План А это вышел сам. План Б это разложить кресло и посунуть щит. либо дорезать в кабриолет и щитом вынести. Машине и так пиздец по их меркам. Все подушки стреляны, в утиль(т.е. в СНГ, прибалтику) и продать как небитанекрашена.

Het is een dreef met stoplichten. Ze rijden daar soms erg hard en nog ff snel door rood. Als je dan de dreef opdraait met groen, ben je de sjaak. Cinemadreef Almere, kijk maar eens via Maps.

Согласен, тоже не понял! Не чего не зажато человек спокойно сидел и машина была конструктивно целая небольшие повреждения по наружке и диски. Как вариант сейчас оформят 100% ущерб по страховке в связи с ДТП и хозяин получит новый авто за место ремонта старого)))

у него шея сломана, чтоб выйти из машины обычным способом нужно двигать головой чего ему делать нельзя плюс не сможет. пришлось разрезать машину. ну я так поняла

@@kylesievers5034 Maybe you are the one who should think, you can clearly see how the person in the crash and the reaction of firefighters and paramedics, would have been so different had the driver condition been serious, and extraction would have been paramount. Watched a good few videos of fire247, but this is the first one that has had me puzzled as to why they did what they did compared to what we would do in the same situation. I still see no apparent reason to remove the central pillar, as there was no requirement for a back board, as can be seen in the video, unless the paramedics wanted the pillar removed in case the back board was possibly going to be required, the neck brace is standard procedure. Please look at PRIO1 - ONGEVAL MET BEKNELLING - BRANDWEER - DUTCH FIREFIGHTERS, and you will see why I am saying I am puzzled.

U dont move a person who has been in exposed to hard Gforce, u could end up with spinal cord injury because of broken bones cutting into spinal cords. this is why they keep the casualty in the car until they can safely remove him. also not all airbags have popped. airbags are deadly if it pops at the wrong angle.
