Very nice solve mate, thanks for the feature! The Dutch Flat Mates rule is the invention of Flinty, who has an epic series of puzzles using the rule which is well worth checking out! He has released one puzzle per week in the series since last October, and recently he has started getting guest setters involved, so this was my contribution (or one of them, I have made a couple of others too - the third one is coming soon.) The rule is incredibly good at combining with other rulesets to create very nice interactions, so each episode in the series features the core Dutch Flat Mates rule being combined with something else
