Hi, Yes you can change company during working on one company in HSM visa. When you will join new company then in IND your working new company data will be updated.

In those 3 months, if you didn't get job then you have to leave the country. But don't worry, you will definitely get another job but don't wait for contract to finish. Start immediately your job hunt.

I would like to know what type of work permit you applied?? After registering from municipality in Netherlands we get one number. That is a unique number for every person living in the Netherlands. Called BSN number.

In HSM visa, you can bring your dependent partner and children under 18 years old. Dependent parent is not allowed.

Yes he can help you to bring to NL. For any stay of over 90 days you need a resident permit. Your uncle can apply for your resident permit only if : 1. He has Dutch citizenship, or have a resident permit. 2. The relative will live with him. 3. He has sufficient money to support you. This means that he earn at least the minimum legal wage. Please go to ind.nl . You will get more information on this.
