🙏 सर मेरा सवाल है कि किसी भी मेजर पनिशमेंट केस में अर्थोर्टी कितने दिनों में जांच और दण्ड देने का दिशा निर्देश कर सकती हैं। कोई समय सीमा जांच करने की तथा पनिशमेंट देने की । जिसके बाद उस कर्मचारी को उस केस में सजा नहीं दी जा सकती।
