A question here: why couldn't minchella sue on behalf of Donoghue? in the real sense, it would bring about a bad reputation to your business if it were to be known that someone found a snail there. Also, people wouldn't care as to whether the beer was yur or from a manufacturer. so why couldn't minchella sue to protect his own reputation and also to bring the notion that they are concerned with their customers
