Good video. Answers a lot of questions. Good quality animation. Recommendation: consider adding some low volume non-verbal music in the background (e.g. elevator, jazz, etc.) Additionally, I found the video while searching for an answer to the question: what happens when emergency medical care is given to a patient who cannot give consent (e.g. unconscious), specifically who pays for the treatment? I was unable to (easily) find an answer. If you know, or know how to adjust my search to better find what I'm looking for, I welcome all advice :) thank you.
