I'm happy to see that Ly Thi Duyen is not afraid to confront John about the letter to clear things up about his true feelings for her vs. Hien, but what I find very disturbing is that she does not tell him that Hien threatened Duyen telling her to stay away from John, or else. She does not paint the entire picture for him or Landlady to prove Hien's dissatisfaction for their relationship. She also is being very stupid in not realizing that Hien added a ton of salt to Landlady's porridge to sabotage her cooking. Landlady has eaten Duyen's cooking too many times for her to make such mistakes. Landlady has blood pressure issues & what Hien did could have negatively harmed her health. My feeling is also that Hien will resort to getting rid of Duyen by hitting her with her motorbike or cause her to have a drastic accident. John needs to be informed of the drastic measures that Hien is willing to take to keep Duyen from John only to win his financial fortune, & not John himself. Hien & Hong both are very greedy, ruthless women who stop at nothing to get what they want. If something is to happen, please let it happen soon, Hien gets caught & exposes Hong in the plot. Can we PLEASE get rid of this triangle of deception & move on from this ridiculous backstabbing? 🤦‍♀️ Can Ly Duyen for once be allowed to please now find true love with John, happiness & stability in her life❓️🙏

Those of you who didn't watch this show..please tune in. You won't be disappointed. I am truly glad that those of us who thought the letter was from Hien were wrong. It's just an old letter from the past (10/2019) that John still had. It was a very poignant letter and I'm sure, before he met Duyen, John took it out and read it from time to time. He's thought about Hien and thought about what they had; and could have again now that she's free; and decided that Hien is simply not the one for him, and Duyen is. Duyen, I loved the way you handled this and see clearly now that you've been just trying to protect yourself from the potential pain of loss that you experienced with Sung. I completely understand. You are a serious, honest, sincere person who doesn't want to be hurt again. It was telling and refreshing to see you and John having such an honest and open conversation with each other. Two true adults talking things through. Getting all of your questions answered. It was so nice to see you both reaching the same conclusions and enjoying this beautiful time walking together. As far as I can recall, from The start of these series, Duyen had been suffering from one unfortunate event to another. I think the producers of this series are either sadistic people, making money from the misery they continue to inflict on Duyen, either emotionally or physically and her continued bullying by mean people. She won’t come up on top , if this series suddenly ends. Had watched many of these types of shows and suddenly wham, they are not on you-tube anymore. !
