Sir, why magistrate is deviate written law e.g. without any ingredients against husband, 498A trial going on No quashing, discharge As per definition 498A, gravious injury should be available but many case without any sign of injury in medical report case logged. IPC 377 without medical case logged.

Aur sir abb vo apne evidence main v accept kiya hai k vo job krti thi. Hello Bhag Singh....it must be interim maintenance.....wo court lagati hi hai kyu ki case lamba chalta hai .....but finally maintenance dismiss ho sakta hai ya kam ho sakta hai as you have proved her income.....good luck....
