I looked at my photo and realized it was the reason. Not clear enough, ears not visible , it wasn't even straight. Learnt my lesson the hard way and I'll do it early this time to avoid last minute rush.😅

1, photo requirement. 2, the background of the photo ( plane white photo background) 3, the photo must be digital. 4, don't wear glasses. 5, look straight, no shadow. 6, the weight of the photo should be between 1- 240 kb 7, photo shouldn't be older than 6 months. 8, don't wear any uniform. Unless you're a nun or Muslim. 9, avoid makeup. 10, photo should be proportional. 11, clarity of the photo.
