DVC Member Cruise Castaway Cay Cabana and Day at Sea!

Today is Castaway Cay, amazing exclusive entertainment, and my first time in a private cabana! And then it's a hair appointment on the ship, Palo brunch, and Kermit and Miss Piggy? DVC Member cruises are truly unique and I'm sharing WHY in today's FINAL episode of this amazing Disney Vacation Club chartered member cruise. So many of you asked, but I did NOT use points for this sailing. Both Sara and I paid cash. The only requirement is the person booking the cabin (up to 4 I believe? check with them on that) MUST be a DVC member with blue card status (so you either purchased directly from Disney or you are grandfathered in because you purchased before they put the restrictions in place). Also love that you ladies got some pampering at the salon!😍 You see Jen, that's why I say I'm 2nd class citizen DVC member because resale members aren't eligible for DVC cruises!😭Definitely a bummer but won't complain about it because we knew that before buying resale. Love your video. In 2014 my family got to do Concierge and we grab a Cabana (we had #6) It looked like we were in the same area. I loved being by Cookies too! I think back then it was only $459-$499. Someday we will do it again.! Thanks for sharing your experience.😎👍🏻🚢💫✨🌴

Oooh!! You got to see Leslie! She was going to be a guest at our event, this summer, but had a personal emergency to take care of and had to postpone, so hopefully she'll be joining us next year. I'm glad you enjoyed her presentation. I enjoyed seeing all the guest speakers you had on the cruise! All such great friends of our event, too. (Still need to have Jodi Benson join us!! I'd fan girl a bit too much, though . . .) My friend Jon has a crush on Stacia. 😆 She's a doll! Your cruise friends were all so fun. 😊❤️ I LOVED the ship horn concert. 😊 It makes me so happy.

It's a Monday....I'm not the biggest fan of Mondays. But this was bad; so I am needing to see what Jenn is up to. I need some fun. Loving it CABANA DAY!!! Bring on the sunshine. We have sunshine here in the Midwest too, but after throwing out the trash, five bags of bagged cut grass, helping my daughter apply for 2 jobs, and YES, having a lady going the WRONG way in my lane on one of the busiest two lane roads around here (with a median in the middle). How this happened, don't know but quickly moved my car to the far right lane before I even had a chance to say "WHAT">>>>>????? The Jenn phrase of the week, "I can make a sand castle, :)" So with anything of this week, someday "I can make a sand castle".

So that is what the cast members do when B11 gets called. On my sailing B11 was called, the music started and 2 seconds later the cruise director ans then the captain came on. So 10 minutes later after they finished talking and everyone in Luna had stopped giggling we could carry on. But they didn't do their dance as the music had finished.

Love the video, but I have a dumb question. Why does that curtain in the cabana look like it only covers the corner of the room? The curtain rod curves to cover only the corner, like there would be a shower head there or something, but didn’t see anything up there
