Before starting any fiberglass crack repairs first Drill holes at the end of the crack which stops the cracks from spreading otherwise even after the repairs when the fiberglass piece flexes, the cracks reappear and you'll have to do the work all over again Also for holes in your splitter you should repair the fiberglass piece from inside out which will create a long lasting repair job Don't take any offence I am just sharing what I have learnt which might help you

Hey devin good video as always, quick tip for spraying paint and primer- typically you wana spray at a relatively low psi depending on the type of paint, sounded like your were spraying at a high pressure which could of caused the run.

Flow Designs are the only one that make splitters from HDPE, high density polyethylene same stuff protective headgear is made of, it won't ever crack.

A few years ago I painted & fitted a body kit to a friends that consisted of a lip and skirts, the guy went over a speed bump 2 days after getting them on the car, we repaired like this and then filled the insides with expanding foam, they never cracked again after many speed bump hits
