Burning Mount Chimaera and adventures in Goynuk Canyon | Traveling by bicycle in Turkey (№174)

From the Turkish city of Demre, our traveling family pedals to the famous resort of Kemer. The sun, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains around us give the true happiness of travel. It was an incredible pleasure to ride this section on bicycles. And this pleasure was enhanced by meeting on a beautiful beach with new friends - Swiss, Poles, Ukrainians, for whom family travel is also a favorite pastime. With some of them we make a journey to the mysterious Mount Chimaera with its ever-burning lights. And then we continue on bicycles again. But when we get to Kemer, we feel frustrated and reluctant to stay here. So we press the pedals again and drive to another famous resort town Goynyuk. Here we visit its popular and most beautiful location - Göynük Canyon, which is one of the most grandiose natural phenomena of southern Turkey and through which also passes the legendary Lycian Trail. However, it was not without incident: we even had to dive into a mountain river to pull out a drone that fell because of a failed maneuver during the shooting.
