There is a wonderful edition for full-orchestra which was arranged for the Milwaukee Junior Symphony Orchestra in February 1932 by Rudolph G Kopp, better known today for his film scores for Cecil B DeMille's "The Sign of the Cross" [1932], "Cleopatra" [1934] and "The Crusades" [1935].
