Hi.. I have hikvision dvr installed 5yrs back. From past 1yr the recording stops suddenly. If I click record button it says "HDD full" even though I had formatted recently. And in hdd settings section it says "NOT EXIST". What is the issue?? hard disk running vibration is felt, but not detected.

1- change power adaptor with higher volt + amp, if old is of 2amp install new of 3amp and check again. 2- changed HDD data cables and check again. 3- change with any other temporary HDD and check.

Hard me lag raha hai problem. Confirm karne k liye aap koi dusri used hard disk 1-2 testing k liye laga kar dekho. Ager dvr me recording sahi se chale toh new hard disk install kerdo.

Chances of 99% fault in adaptor. Pls take high power adaptor for dvr. If old adaptor is of 2AMP take new of 3AMP.

1- power adaptor of DVR is not giving full power required for Surveillance HDD. Or 2- surveillance HDD may be not working, check it in any desktop.
