Of course witness hostility is also problem but most of witnesses do not know what police have written in statement. Guru this guy is a chaprasi, he will not be worth more than 30 to 40 crores. You can see the lawyers representing and small 30lac, 40 lac and 4lac bribe or other amounts for a this size cases. He is also not able to afford a major legal house from India to represent him. It’s not easy for him to come out covering evidences. See the Pune case or Salman case or DK Ravi case, these involved heavy money, politicians and legal teams.
