Please make house plans , triplax house or duplex, with triple hight, good sun light and air flow, plot size 500 to 600 sq yards , one lift, in ground floor pooja room 12×16, one big island kitchen with other side wet area with good storage, good space dining, 12×16 hall for gustes sitting, 1000 to 1500 sq feet garden, 3 big car garaj ÷ 2maid rooms with baths, 2 big 8×10 and 10×12 baths big bedrooms one 12×14. 2nd 15 × 18 with big walking wodrabs, In 1st floor, same 2 big baths & bed rooms, 1.home theatre size 12×30 , one cloths stoage room 12×16 , 2nd storeage room 12×16, Terroce, gazeebo+ green area+ open gym with big mirror, No extra show case but with minimum itams simple luxuoris madorn bilding..

very nice and beautiful house.. please ek design 28 x 36 plot k liye banaye, cornar ka plot hai, car parking bhi chahiye, and mere ghar pr dog and cats hain, mujhe ground floor pr dog k liye ek small room chahiye lagbhag 9 x 8 size ka.. , cats k liye 1st floor pr 1 big room chahiye, bcoz cats zayada hai, and dog only 1 hai. mean 28 x 36 me 4bhk, dog room se alag 4bhk chahiye
