what is it about seed haul videos that's just so darn addictive? i'm already done with my seed shopping, and yet I keep clicking on all these videos of people showing what they plan on growing in their garden. yours was particularly fun to watch because we're in the same state. cheers!

Lol, it's just fun to dream and plan of the coming year! Very easy to get excited about that.

I love seed hauls!!👍 I'm growing a mess of new to me flowers. Bachelor buttons, ammi, feverfew, larkspur, clarkia, scabiosa, sea holly but what I'm most excited about growing is a flower I grew last year and loved. That is Lemon bee balm. A most fragrant, tall spiky lavender color. It blooms a long time and looks better in our full sun where most summer days are hotter than 100.

That lemon bee balm sounds great! We have the typical variety and the bees love it. Guess it was correctly named!

Thanks for sharing! Yep, have all the seeds. Looking forward to growing Thronburn's Terra-Cotta for tomato sandwiches, Cherokee Purple tomatoes for all around great tomato flavoe, Sungold cherry tomatoes for a great tasty sweet garden and lunch snacks. This is the year for peppers in our garden. All the peppers for snacks, seasonings, cooking and drying. All the colors for interest. All the ornamentals for beauty and heat!

We love tomatoes. We had 152 plants last year. We really liked the varieties you are growing and a couple of others; Orange Strawberry from Botanical Interests in the sauce garden and Thornburn's Terra-Cotta from Baker Creek for fresh eating, especially sandwiches, and Sungold Cherry tomatoes for garden snacks. This year I'm concentrating on peppers. However, We will be growing those 3 tomatoes plus Cherokee Purple and the patio tomato. The peppers this year will be to make sauces and mostly meat rubs. They are from Baker Creek Leutschauer for smoking and drying paprika, Lesya for fresh eating - we will also smoke and dry some to try, Tobasco and habanero and ghost for hot sauces, Anaheim for drying for chili soups, mini bells and pippin honey for snacking and trying black pearl(Botanical Interests), fish, blue filius, and a sweet purple to plant among the flower beds and try in recipes. We'll also have pepperocini and jalepenos for pickling. We always grow sunflowers. Tithonia is a must. This year will be a huge variety of mostly orange flowers. Herbs and brassicas are the other main focuses for me this year. I'm trying to grow herbs which I never have a well as the well known culinary varieties. Many for teas, my favorites being Lime Basil and Lime Thyme. I'm looking forward to seeing your garden grow.

Always buy more seeds than I use and Baker Creek is a favorite source. I also save a lot of seeds, particularly cucumbers. Ruby Wallace cukes are great for bread and butter pickles. Growing many more flowers this year, especially dahlias. Great, informative videos, thanks!

A few years ago I bought some seeds off eBay from GroCo seeds. I winter sowed for my first time and got great germination..The seeds come in a little plastic bag with no pictures or instructions for 99 cents for a lot of seeds. If you buy 10 packets the shipping is free. The trouble is germination is so good that I was overwhelmed by the amount of plants. Now I try to start less variety and just keep a few of each variety. I don’t do vegetables, just hardy perennials or some flowering annuals. No need to pay for pretty packets and ridiculous shipping

Those are great too. Our Black and Blue salvia has always been a magnet for hummingbirds.
