In case you ask people of kenya now if they do support the protests, the answer will yes, but just the next day he needs to be served in a public office, and being ask for bribe for a government officer to come confirm and process a document you pay for what is to be his work. To change anything, start with you, as justice to get needs sacrifice of time, i e you a ready to be taken to courts or bribe the police, you want a land surveyor on land matter's you pay for services and not for his/ presence as well to the person

I think the one thing everyone outside Kenya is missing is that we aren't necessarily opposed to paying higher taxes if it was actually going to improve the nation. It's that the high taxes we are ALREADY paying are being blatantly misused and squandered corruptly, whether it is needless renovations to government buildings and "furniture acquisitions " running into the high millions of dollars. To creation of unconstitutional positions leading to additional needless bureaucracy that not only adds to the already bloated government wages but also allows extra avenues for corruption. To the ridiculous high numbers of trips abroad (led principally by the President) accompanied by massive entourages of joy riders. Or the vanity "infrastructure programs that NOBODY ASKED FOR! All this paid for by taxpayers. Meanwhile, the government doesn't have money to pay Teachers, doctors, nurses, or providing medical services. However, the political class somehow has massive wealth to flex with riding around in impressive convoys and giving millions to "church fundraising." Against this backdrop, they had the audacity to increase the taxes on us... its enough to make your blood boil.

dear police and owino in particular i agree there is something wrong with the malindi ruling police must always be prepared for any eventually during the protest. however i totally agree that there is something wrong with the training of police officers in kenya... and i will use this interview.... in the interview we have 1 officially former police officer with over 10 civilians if they were 12 someone count for me.... then according to owino that is a riotous crowd.... so i totally wonder how they were able to talk peacefully and even talk ill off the police and government and at the end there was no violence? do we really need the police to control riots when a female journalist the shortest of them all... was able to control these crowd which included a former police officer... MR Owino you came with a good heart and congrats Kudos... you are in a position of influence in the police force cause you even know them and they respect you.... use this video as a tool to show that the public can be controlled even without the use of force.... and Yes teargas normally makes peaceful crowds appear riotous because people run away from the teargas in a disorderly manner.... in a way the interview was a protest.... yet it was orderly and controlled by a journalist.... if journalists can do it why not the Police remember its a service not a force.... please retrain the police Genz need different crowd control methods... and other countries use them...

With the unemployment rate already at 1.76M (6.61%). From there, it is clear that Ruto, who was elected by the people of Kenya, is serving the West instead of focusing on economic plans that will make the people of Kenya poor and not the "IMF bailout" that colonized Africa.
