I love your story! It reminds me of my husband and I. We are from California. We met online, it's a long story, but all the stars and planets were aligned the night we met online, and he's the most amazing human being on Earth in my eyes 😍. He's German and I'm Filipina. So jealous you can speak Tagalog because it was my first language, and although I can understand it and read it, I've lost the art of speaking it.
