Before crystal hollows I used to have a powder mining setup. The hotm path snaked to the fallen star miner. It gave insane powder when mining near fallen stars. You could make 100s of powder a second with a good enough setup at max. I didn't however have that good of a setup and some places the fallen star guardians would disturb your mining, and it required lobby hopping to find a fallen star. No mods specialised in that either so gl finding them. The method has since been outclassed by crystal hollows chest mining which with even a low hotm 6 setup gives the same amount of mithril and also gemstone powder. And 2x powder is now rarer in dwarven and less people are using dwarven luck perk which reduces the spawning of fallen stars.

interesting. i never figured the perk could be good at all because it isn't that much of an increase, and manual mithril in the dwarven mines generally isn't good for powder. i guess before the crystal hollows it could've been good though

Two things, one, is there a place that I can find the tick threshold for the blue wool, second, are your rates based off a maxed hotm or 4M of each powder, because I’m making roughly 9M per hour with full divans, gauntlet and epic scatha, I may be mining inefficiently so I was just wondering. Mithril prices would go down, but you can sell to npc for more then bazaar already. Its kinda overpowered because it can't really get nerfed unless the admins step in.

What if you use reindeer pet to level up golden dragons with exp Share Cores. Does the 2x pet exp apply to the exp share cores . If so mithril mining this way may be better.

even if it did, reindeer gives no buffs to mining and xp share would go from 25% exp to 50%exp, just equipping the gdrag would be better

yes the money made per hour would drastically decrease if your not using scatha since without scatha perk, you would need to mine the titanium yourself instead of letting the perk do that for you
