Been having a lot of fun. Spent all day on it yesterday and it cost me less than I spent on lunch. Perfect little game to hold me over until the D4 expansion. Its cool that they have a leaderboard with live updates on screen so i could see the progress of the racers. Imagine, supporting racing with less than a billion dollars or 9000 people in the credits.

Very enjoyable climbing the leaderboard in this game, there’s also a Solo HC game mode, big thumbs up

I disagree. The space is too small. The only thing you're adding to the mix is more bodies to do more damage which will be balanced by making things more spongy. I don't know maybe it's just a meeting but I don't think that would add a lot of value to the game or fun. The way the game is designed doesn't seem favorable to multiplayer. Maybe they can make the big boss fights with mechanics co-op but even that isn't too difficult.

Tbh.... when playing the free alpha test I wasn't sure it was going to be developed more or if it was just a side project. The progress they have made is amazing. They prove that smaller teams and their ability to be agile and pivot are a big win for gamers vs the AAA treadmill.

I just dumped 40 hours into this game a few days ago, had never heard anything about it, had a blast, it's a super fun game and you really can't beat it for 10 bucks. You won't regret it if you buy it {Edit} It was also fun to play with a buddy and try and pass each other's highest tier and character level, co-op would be dope but it's still just some old school number go up mayhem

I would prefer the classic isometric view. The 3d camera makes things emersive in games like Skyrim, but if I am slaying dozends or hundreds of enemies at once I need good overview.

@KingJerbear you could, but it's not easy to keep switching all the time. The variety is what keeps horde survival games interesting. You can pick different chars easily in other games cuz you have the universal meta progress. This game is just your one char. Stash isn't even shared so you will completely start over if you want another char. Or yeah, you could spend the time between each run changing everything on your char, which you know... have fun with that.

Last Epoch refresh cycle has nothing new on the builds side, so most content creators don't have any reasons to play it. With that said, It's far from dead. I play this refresh, but more casually just like many others. It still had 10k+ players on the refresh despite heavy competition and D4 expansion coming soon. The day they fix the boring parts of monoliths and add more content, they will easily go back to 100k+ players on new cycles.

Maxroll has a full set of guides for Last Epoch. They have specific leveling guides for every class type and then endgame versions you can switch to

@@viktor3257 frozen sentinels guide on KZbin is as detailed as Raxs. The build is god tier from level 55. He tells you to run a max roll glacier build until then which is also really fun and powerful. I'm doing empowered monos at level 75 easily with scuffed CoF gear. I think pushing high corruption lile 1500 plus is really hard but it's a great guide tbh
