Regarding Balance Council, I saw a suggestion on reddit about having two rounds of voting. First people vote as normal, then the top X card changes goes to round 2 for a yes/no vote. That post mentioned a 50% confirmation rate, but I think instead if around 60-80 highest voted goes to round two, then half the changes go through. That way we almost fully avoid changes like Reavers to 1 power or destroying NG for being meanies, and allow some lesser suggested cards to get people to consider them for the first time.

Technically the neutral kegs are your best bet, other than that it's Ultimate kegs! (Saesenthesis is ST only so she's also in ST kegs)

I am struggling as heck with this deck. It is fun and I will persist for a while in hopes of making it work, but it hurts. Perhaps a skill issue :) I find myself unable to answer their last cards like Kolgrim, Morvudd and such shenanigans.

Honestly? I was one of the people who advocated for a reduction of changes per bracket and now that we finally got it . . . I think I would very much rather be overwhelmed with excitement and changes than what we got. The chaotic nature of so many changes per patch brought together the gwent community for a common purpose, to be excited and hyped. I want that feeling again. The last patch was incredibly underwhelming and boring. Specially when it consists of reverting the previous changes, leaving no room for new changes.
