We parish for the lack of knowledge. Lord, I NEVER knew this information. I had my gall bladder removed. Dr. never told me colon cancer increase 30%. It's God grace I'm not dead. they just said we might as well take your appendix and I didn't even reject.😢. God forgive me first then forgive the medical professionals who took part in hurting me and others in removing our body parts. My takeaway rundown: We are not called the Laodicean Church for nothing. As the clock ticks I am more and more convinced the 144K is a literal number and will be sparsely populated by SDAs. Though I follow this mans teachings whole heartedly, I cannot agree 100% with what he's preaching. Dietary laws are essential for our overall spiritual well being but I have to look at the life of Jesus as he tells us what to do. Jesus followed the dietary law and laws of health so he is our example. When Jesus appeared to the disciples after he came from the tomb, he said that he was hungry and they gave him fish and honeycomb and he did eat. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them. Luke 24:41‭-‬43 KJV He also feed them. Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. John 21:10‭-‬12 KJV Paul said that the kingdom is not about food and drink For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17 KJV Taking these scriptures into careful consideration, I agree with the message as far as it's sin that is causing us to become sick. The overindulgence in lawful things to consume. Again, I go to Jesus to let me know what is good concerning types of food. If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a FISH, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an EGG, will he offer him a scorpion? If ye then, being evil, know how to give GOOD gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Luke 11:11‭-‬13 KJV I think sometimes we Adventist think we are responsible for peoples salvation because we have the Spirit of Prophecy, but we must remember that when Jesus gives us a direct word from what he's stated, we have to take it as such and teach it as such. Just because we are striving to become the best we can be in Christ by becoming vegan or getting proper rest, air, water, etc., with the light we have doesn't mean that we should preach that certain things are unlawful to others. This is why people call us a cult or an arrogant church. Eating right and abiding by the health laws but are unforgiving, hateful, divorced, separated, materialistic, sexually debased minded, etc. Believe me, our sins have been exposed as the so called remnant of God. I believe Love covers a multitude of sin and I also believe that we are to be sanctified by the truth and thy word is truth. Peace and may God have mercy on us all.
