She pays all utilities and phone and Internet, I pay car insurance, house taxes ( Paid off) liability insurance, sons college, his insurance, and all fees, she pays for her car, she’s had 5 new cars, I’ve had 0 new cars. There's comfort in making your own money and taking care of yourself. For women, who want to be a wife and to help make the marriage work, there is a sacrifice in leaving the comfort of having your own. Well I'm not mad at attcha, No man is going to set rules or run things for me. We are always going to be in agreement on things .All men should pay if you think you a real man! In our home we both pay, however my spouse does cover the mortgage always alone as he should as being my husband, however I do my part and we talk thing thru as a complete union, as a whole. If there ever can a time he couldn't fulfill his portion I would gladly take up the slack as I know he would for me. No one particular person calls the shots, he certainly doesn't tell me what to do or how to do it. I'm A grown responsible woman as he is a grown responsible man. Togetherness!!! So, I differ. I would suggest you don't need to have your own house and everything. I believe you should just pay all the bills and she be a Homemaker instead when you get married and before children and don't have her work outside of the house (assuming you find a Godly virgin wife who wants to do that. they are there I have seen them). I believe this is a much more traditional and better set up for a reason. It insures security, stability and peace, when its done with the women significantly younger than the man, so you are not rushing to have children till you can afford them and gives many women time to get used to the challenges and organizational and other demands of Homemaking, which is not easy. I have seen this course to be very sucessful, assuming the woman and the man have similar belief systems, particularly fundamental Christian beliefs.
