Why did Dwight just have to type his entire “diabolical plan” on a computer, then print it out with a title page with that exact title and his name (at least two copies of it I might add), and then leave a copy of it just lying around in the open for anyone to find?!😂😂😂

Plot twist: Dwight knowingly left a copy of his diabolical plan in the hopes that future Dwight might receive a copy. In an alternate timeline, future Dwight did indeed receive a copy of that diabolical plan but accidentally spilt coffee on it.

They are definitely available on Peacock (the regular episodes plus the longer “Superfan Edition” episodes that include deleted scenes), but I don’t know about Amazon Prime.
