As a practitioner myself, I know how difficult to go through the test. A very gruelling sparring session....need a lot of stamina . Love to see this standard of testing for girl. Not easy as what we see...keep it up. With love from Malaysia.

Were the forms ITF because they are unfamiliar to me ?

Maybe half or more of them are traditional, named taekwondo forms. The belt name forms (gold belt form, green belt form, blue, and purple) are unique to the school.

What are the names of the katas?

Kata called Hoyng Tul in Korean, which is from ITF (International Taekwondo federation), but I believe this is ATA ( American Taekwondo Association), because this are not the original and correct patters. Joon Gun, Toi Gye, Hwarang, CHoon Moo is some of the patterns they are doing..But here they seem to mix taekwondo and karate (because I saw a really bad version of Tekki Shodan (karate kata) in there somewhere as well...

@@DwimbleVideos wait no? I thought it was ITF, cz the katas they did were ITF patterns, also known as Tul, and also the general style is agreeing with this, so I thought it was ITF, maybe with a bit of variations.
