Your content and presentation skills are excellent madam. Just one observation that your statement at 14:40 that 'Drawer and Payee will be the same if the instrument is not endorsed' is incorrect. Drawer is the one who pays (generally an importer) and Payee is the party which receives the money (generally the exporter). Payee can endorse a third party to receive the payment on its behalf. So Drawer and payee are never the same.
