The take away is this: All these countries want Africa to learn their cultures but they do not care to learn African culture/history. That is a huge red flag. Once again, countries are seeking to colonize the continent. Their method is just less barbaric on the surface but the end result is the same. Exploitation of the countries and their resources.

Habib: all previous Frenc colonies in Africa have been independent, self-governing for decades. I think the first was Algeria, back in the 50s, and yes, that did require a war, as did the independence of Vietnam, but I don't remember any others having to fight. Now they belong to L'Organisation international de la Francophonie, a largely cultural organisation. CAR is suspended at present, probably because of its long-term political instability. Usually, suspensions happen in the wake of a coup.

Huge difference between a strategical german army base and wagner group activities. Wagner and, therefore, Russia aims to use and/or abuse the land and its people. They want to extract the rare earth minerals they want the money. Germany does not plan on exploiting its allies. Russia aims to brainwash half of africa into an anti-western thinking.
