After the 2006 war, all Lebanese militias disbanded. That is, except for hezbollah which the Lebanese government allowed to keep its weapons so that it can stand up to Israel. (G-d knows why because Israel never threatened Lebanon.) As such, Lebanon has no moral or legal claim for innocence or victimhood.

Let’s be clear: those explosions you see in this video show proof that something highly explosive was in that area. When a missile hits, there is an initial explosion that is usually, primarily concussive. In these views we see here, the initial blast is almost immediately followed by flames and secondary explosions…that is a tell tale sign of weapons storing and really helps justify Israel’s targeting of the site.

It was. There were a group of female IDF soldiers who warned ahead of time but they were not listened to. Also, there is evidence that Israel knew about a year prior but ignored the warnings. It is currently believed that the ppl at the festival were sacrificed in order to have an excuse to destroy Palestine and engage in the "Greater Israel" agenda (Israel taking all of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and part of Saudi Arabia and Egypt).
