US does not recognize ICC's authority to begin with, why is it double standard for it to be happy about enemy being accused but being defensive when a friend is being accused? You may accuse Mongolia and Hungary to be double standard since they actually support the ICC. However, that also depend on their reasons for rejecting ICC's authority but supporting it in another instance. An analogy is that people generally accept the authority of their legal system, but for them to support one legal case but reject another one may be the result of the legitimacy of the evidences.
