I cover a few items for Storm water Management at the property scale. Planning considerations when developing an erosion and sediment control plan for a construction site, the fundamentals of sediment transport and the benefits of a variety of structural BMPs & non-structural BMPs.I install Construction fence some time called snow fence, I then move to silt fence install in critical areas. Then we finish of by covering all exposed dirt piles with heavy plastic. This video could be useful for developers, students, real estate agents, homeowners, municipal/regional planners, managers and engineers.

Thanks Dan, Great Job. Ive ran across alot of Contractors and Developers that didnt know that Blue and or White line on the Silt fence is your bury line or depth line for your ditch. When i get time i need to talk to you about some Cabinets i need to build for my Dads Hot Rod shop.

Thanks Dan. I have never seen the proper installation of silt fence. Also, most of these types of videos are made on the east coast, which at times can be different.
