This doesn't surprise me as I keep the email address for them exclusive. I'm on the 4th email address for them in 6 years because previous email addresses have been hacked. The same thing has happened with email addresses given to universal credit. They lie through their teeth constantly.

What happened to data protection is this not against the law.
