Man, I've just rewatched the actual 5 Doctors, and... like... I completely forgot that the Castellan dies, that's so fricking sad, cause even though he was a little dopey he wasn't just a comic relief character. He was simple, grounded, but also very fun to observe. And his voice was funny.

Then again, the Five Doctors is an awesome episode not because of its plot but rather due to its nice atmosphere and the hilarious interactions between all of the Doctors and companions. And then there's also the Master and the Brigadier. That's awesome in and of itself.
