Dwayne wade has always shown up in clutch need to win games and has always been a awesome player that's why he's my favorite player since he came out of Marquette

Always? Did you see the 2011 finals? Especially the end of game 2? It is funny because people give Bron so much sh*t for that finals when bosh and wade were just as bad in key moments and in some moments a lot worse.

This was year one of the big 3 era. Last healthy year for Granger, Lebron took him out of this series after he undercut him on a 3pter cuz he a dirty player. Indy was up 2-1 in this series. Heat tied it up in Indy and in game 5 Indy looked like they were going to take the series lead until Lebron took out Granger. He was able to play in game 6, but severely hobbled.
@justinowens24654 жыл бұрын
arronnov what?! I was at the game! Pacers were lighting them up. LeBron stepped under Granger on a 3pter, he didn’t even jump at him, just slid his foot under him so he could on it. This was the series that Granger was all up in Lebron’s grill several times. Granger was not hurt going into this series. Pacer’s starting 5 had the best point differential in the league over the last 20 games of the season once to started GHill. Granger was playing just fine during that stretch!

Justin Owens This was year two of the Big 3 era. I believe that corn syrup must be messing with your memory. Allow me to refresh it for you: Miami lost Bosh in GM 1 to a rib injury. Wade and Lebron still pulled through and sealed the win. Notable performances for Indiana were Roy Hibbert and David West who capitalized against the shorter one trick pony Joel Anthony, and diminished Udonis Haslem who pretty much ended his career the season prior coming back early from his foot injury against the Bulls. Game 2 was more of the same. However, Wade and Lebron went cold in the 4th, and the Pacers capitalized. David West and George made big plays down the stretch. Granger had a decent overall game. Game 3 Wade was nursing a knee injury from game 2, and only scored 5 pts iirc. It was the only game Indiana dominated. George Hill has the game of his life. Game 4 was the famous "knee drain game" Wade started off inconsistent, and had to leave to the locker room and get his knee drained. He came back with a vengeance finished with 30, and Lebron gave them 40, and the Heat tied the series. This was Danny Granger's best game. He gave us 20 🤭. Lebron damn near gave y'all a 40 point triple double. Game 5 was more of the same. Lebron did his thing, and Wade played his part. Granger injured his ankle, but returned to the game shortly after. Then he reinjured it again on a terrible fouling decision on Lebron. West (who was completely nullified now by Battier) banged knees with Battier in the post and had to be pulled. The Heat capitalized and went up 3-2. Game 6 was the legendary "Father Prime" close out game you just witnessed. Where Wade turned back the clock and dropped a 40 piece on Indiana. Lebron did his thing, and the Pacers were sent back to the corn fields. All in all, that Pacer team lacked a closer. They were stout defensively, but they could also stagnate on offense in stretches. That was their Achilles heel. They just didn't have a consistent go to guy.
@justinowens24654 жыл бұрын
Gabriel Velazquez okay so besides the year, my brief synopsis was correct. Lebron took out Granger in game 5. But thanks for the detailed account.
@LynxStarAuto4 жыл бұрын
Justin Owens Granger was nursing a previous injury he aggravated in GM 5. He came back to play later in the game, and hurt himself further when fouling Lebron on a jump shot. If you want to say Lebron had malintent, well that is speculation. I do not partake in that. All that aside, Granger never really did anything special this series. He had *one* good game. David West, Hill, and PG were much more effective, and the X-factor in this series was probably George Hill who outplayed both Chalmers, and Cole. So I'm not really seeing what your angle is.
