I guess you have to feel that way once you finally get a hold of a grail item, but it really lined up to how you talked it up. I will say, you were spot on about that Gaoligator Blade, weird design. I guess next I'll have to get a hold of Gao Icarus and compare!

@@diegocardenas7551 Weird design, but they had the right idea- a jagged sword blade with a dagger on the other end made out of an alligator's tail. Brutal and beautiful. Oh, Gao Icarus is shocking at first for its colors and unconventional curves, but wildly thrilling after that!

"Rouki" is actually "Wolf Demon". The "rou" is from "garou", which means wolf.

@CollectionDX That's what I thought, wasn't sure though. So it does make sense for Gao God to be a remold of Gao King, but he could've been a much better rembold. My main problem is the head and the colors, I would've made him somewhat more bright colored. Was he revived in the end with the other Power Animals? I'm kinda not sure, cause we see all the other known Power Animals manafest physically but as close as I look, I can't see his components.

The famous silver DX Gao Hunter toy is actually a Bandai Asia exclusive, meaning it was released in all Asian countries _other than_ Japan- South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, etc. And since Bandai America is lazy (gee, surprise-surprise!), they did not bring it over to the USA. To be fair, _Hyakujuu Sentai GaoRanger_ was actually _infamous_ for its numerous repaints! Four Gorilla(s), three Sharks, Wolf is a remold of Tiger (and Cheetah is a repaint of Tiger) five Lions... you get the idea. In fact, since _GaoRanger,_ Bandai has restrained themselves on the number of repaints repaints/remolds in succeeding series.

the grooves on the gao hammerheads tail and the gaolligators tail near the point where they connect makes it look like they should be held seperately (but i know thats not true).

@Godzillawolf1 Gao God IS Gao King's ancestor. As I understand it, the ancient GaoRanger used Gao God as their main mecha until it was destroyed in the end of the first war. It wasn't until afterwords that that role was passed on to Gao King, even though Gao King held the five Totem Power Animals for each GaoRanger. --EVA_Unit_4A

@Godzillawolf1 The reason it's called Gao God is because it is the 'leader' of all Power Animals. The term "god" just means a higher power, not thee God. many Super Sentai mecha are termed 'gods' (aka "-jin"), but that doesn't mean they are an actual god; more like their presence, size, and power are what are god-like. Of course, I could be wrong about all that... ^^; --EVA_Unit_4A

@CollectionDX True, I know for sure the Hurricanger Mecha weren't Gods. Still, you at least expect something called GaoGod to be might darn impressive. I don't mind him being a remold of GaoKing, it kinda makes sense, since he's probably GaoKing's ancestor, but he could've been a much better remold than he was. Though I will admit, when he curved a finishing blast around Gao Knight into one of the Org Brothers, that was impressive.

@redflagwaving008 Good for you! =) Actually it's the same height as Gao King and Gao Muscle. But Gao Icarus is the tallest basic combo of the four we regularly saw.

i finally got this toy (second hand and missing pieces) got the wolf and hammer head in a big ebay lot and got the gator in today from ebay as well the yellow staff connection on the tail is broken and i do not have the tails for the shark or wolf but it looks awesome still next to my kongazord

To be honest Gaohunter is my least favorite combination. I like the individual power animals that make him up but together they just don't do it for me. also are the shark tails exactly the same, could you switch them amongst each other? The strings on the legs of Gaoligator are there to keep them from being lost when the leg pop off. At least thats what I think.

@CollectionDX its pronounced HYA (pronounced like saying Hee-Yah really fast until you can hear the ee anymore) ku (koo) juu (joo). So everything thing is said fluidly the double uu means you stay on the u for a bit.

@nlw1000 I've reviewed pretty much all of them except for repaints and Gao God. The biggest difference between the US and Jap versions is loss of all decals and some paint apps. Materials, colors, and molds all remained the same. If you don't mind that,. then go for the cheaper PRWF toys because they are still just as good.

@CollectionDX Hyakujuu means hundred beast. Hyaku means hundred. Juu means beasts. Majuu here means Devil Beasts. Ma means evil or devil.

GaoRanger didn't have an Ultra-Zord combination. The closest they got was Gao-Kentaurus with Gao-Falcon/As the body, Gao-Shark and Gao-Tiger as arms, Gao-Elephant as the sword and shield combo, and finally a HUGE Gao-Lion/about 3 times the size of the normal one as the legs.

Technically Gao alligator is actually a Crocodile. You can tell by the snout *nose* An alligators snout is short and rounded at the end, whil a Crocs is Long and flat *or square like* so in a way Gao alligator is more of a Gao Crocodile.

Im kinda offened by gao alligator/ligator. As alligators r in a blueish colour, u r unable to see the teeth on the lower jaw, n the legs r not suppose to be beside the body. Their jaws r wider like a "u" shape. Cuz gap alligator is a croc
