There is no way I’d ever be able to play this game 12 hours straight bro! If I’m on it for more than an hour at my local arcade the crowd of 50 people waiting for a turn usually start yelling at you to get off.

I'm sure you figured this out by now but, these cabs just run on PC hardware, specifically running a watered down version of Windows 7 (for the particular board that this game runs on). There's probably an HDMI-out port somewhere on the board, probably using a splitter to have one cable go to the screen, and the other to a capture card (hooked up to a laptop running OBS, i suppose)
