NCT is also a dance crew. The training they've received has allowed them to have versatility in any genre of music. One thing they have especially in NCT 127 is freestyle/improvisation. They bring their swagga, even though they each have their own style, it's in unison. You should watch their dance practice vids, 'NCT 127 - Favorite (Vampire)' the intro alone says it all and 'NCT 127 - Ay Yo' each member gets their moment. Everyone in nct127 is very strong. Taeyong is my favorite. He is the captain. As long as you listen to a few songs of nct127, you will fall in love with this group. Their concept and dance are very advanced!! And some of their variety shows will be very interesting even if they are not fans!

The song that Lisa danced to was "Kick Back" by WayV (a chinese NCT unit) TEN (one of the most talented and versitile dancers in kpop - he has a song called "Birthday" I recommend the Dance Practice) and Lisa danced to that song together as Lisa wanted to learn from the original singers as well as they are both from Thailand and are friends (There's a group chat with Thai idols in it as well that they're both a part of) PS. SM actually hired a movie fight trainer and martial arts coach to teach the members of NCT-127 how to do the kicks, punches and use the nunchucks correctly, etc. for their "Kick It" MV. If you really want to see how they filmed the MV and song, you should watch the behind the scenes of them recording "Kick It" and the behind the scenes of them filming the MV. You will be even more impressed when you see how much work and detail went into this MV. This might even help you to get to know the members a little bit because they will use their names in the English subs when the members do the behind the scenes interviews while filming. The song that Lisa taught the male trainee on the Chinese survival show was "Kick Back" by WayV. WayV is the Chinese sub-unit of NCT, so they performed a WayV song. Plus, Ten and Lisa are both Thai, so that was why she asked Ten to teach her the dance for "Kick Back." And, switching up the beat and style of the song in the middle of a song is pretty much how all of NCT's songs are structured, as well as the majority of SM Entertainment's songs in general. It's kind of SM's signature style. You will hear that same thing happen in a lot of the songs you listen to from SM. SM always makes sure to have parts that specifically showcase its group's unbelievable vocal abilities and sections that are designed to show off their amazing dance skills. Also, if you like their dancing you have to check out the dance practice video for "Kick It," because the MV doesn't even begin to do the choreography justice. I guarantee, there are parts of this dance that you didn't even notice, that will become clear in the dance practice. ;D And if you want to see them in the studio learning the choreography, check out the Uncut dance practice vlog as well. Most people don't get all the references to Bruce Lee in "Kick It" (Chinese/Korean title "Hero") even though everything is based on being like Bruce Lee -- hence why they say Bruce Lee like a hundred times in the song LOL -- and black and yellow are Bruce Lee's signature colors -- so, that is why "Kick It" used those colors. (Many say this MV reminds them of the Movie "Kill Bill," without realizing that movie is based on Bruce Lee-style action movies and is sort of a homage to Bruce Lee.) As know, the finger move on the side of their nose is a signature Bruce Lee move. Bruce Lee is a Chinese action hero, so even though this is one of the Korean sub-units of NCT, those are Chinese characters you see on the signs in the MV, etc. SM Entertainment is known for having some of the best dancers and singers in the industry. That is just a fact about the type of people SM selects to be a part of its company. You can't be an SM artist without having amazing singing and dance skills. So even the company's rappers receive intense vocal training. That is why the company has gained the reputation as the vocal powerhouse of the industry, who also happens to have some of the industry's top dancers. All of SM's artists and groups are known for having out-of-this-world vocals and perfect harmonies. SM is an expert at finding and developing the best singers and dancers in Kpop. NCT-127 (pronounced N C T one two seven) is NCT's second sub-unit, which began in July 2016. NCT-127 currently has 9 or 10 members. This group is more of a fixed unit, so the member lineup stays the same most of the time. The 127 in this unit's name stands for the longitude coordinates of Seoul, South Korea, on a map of the world, which means it's 127's job to represent Seoul -- the birthplace of Kpop -- around the world. There are 9 members in "Kick it" -- Taeyong (leader of all of NCT, main rapper and dancer, who is also in SuperM), Taeil (main vocalist), Johnny (lead vocalist and sub-rapper), Yuta (lead vocalist), Doyoung (main vocalist), Jaehyun (main vocalist and sub-rapper), Jungwoo (main vocalist), Mark (main rapper and dancer, who also is in SuperM) and Haechan (main vocalist). So, by all indications, it looks more and more like NCT will be getting 3 new members and they probably will be part of the new unit. NCT is one of the most internationally diverse groups in all of Kpop. The members as a whole currently represent 9 different countries and they speak 8 different languages. For example, there are 10 native Korean members (*Taeyong, Doyoung, Taeil, Haechan, *Jaehyun, Jeno, Jaemin, Jisung, Jungwoo and SungChan), *Mark is Korean-Canadian, *Johnny is Korean-American, Yuta and Shotaro are Japanese, *Ten is Thai, Lucas is Chinese-Thai from Hong Kong, *YangYang is Taiwanese but he grew up in Germany, Hendery is Chinese from Macau (China) and 5 mainland Chinese members (WinWin, Kun, Xiaojun, Renjun and Chenle). However, they all live and work in Korea, so everyone speaks Korean fluently. Plus, many members have attended international schools or lived abroad, so there are several members who are also *fluent in English, on top of speaking 2 or more other languages NCT is a group that is constantly changing and rearranging its members and sound and we never know quite what to expect from them. With an infinite number of members and a concept that allows the members to rotate between sub-units, changing, adding and subtracting members depending on the concept and style of the group or song, you should never expect the same thing from them. You are better off always expecting something new, that somehow, also ends up sounding very much like NCT. LOL Everything NCT does is about dreams, dreaming or being in a dream state. Therefore, that is the story you will see being repeated and referenced in all of their MVs across all of their sub-units. And on top of all that, it's also part of SM Entertainment's SM Culture Universe storyline, so it's connected to all of SM's other groups' MVs and stories, which is why their MVs often have a futuristic, otherworld look and feel to them. NCT is SM's attempt at taking over the music industry around the world. SM's original goal was to eventually have NCT sub-units representing every major city in every country in the world. For example, they might take several Japanese members and create a Japanese sub-unit, or put together members from Thailand and create a Thai sub-unit, etc. It has always been SM's plan to have world domination. And to that point, right now NCT-127 is the group that SM is using to try and get their foothold in the U.S. music market with English versions of song like "Regular" and "Highway to Heaven" and collaborations with American artists such as Jason Derulo, as well as U.S. concert tours and promotional tours with the American media, etc. So, this year is NCT's 7th anniversary, but debut dates are different for any number of members because it all depends on when they were added to the group. And many of the members of NCT actually became recognized by fans even before debut because they were part of SM's pre-debut group project called SMRookies, so SM did activities with several of the members before they debuted.

Super M has the best dancers (as a group). There are other great dancers in the industry but Super M is a super group. Check out the video “Ten Taemin Kai”. Super M has Taemin of Shinee (he’s considered the idols idol), Kai and Baekhyun of EXO, Taeyong, Mark, Ten and Lucas of NCT127 and WayV. Each one as solo artists are powerhouses in their own right. Baekhyun is my favorite vocalist. His vocals are insane. Listen to “All I Got” lyric video, and “Bambi” video. Taemin is my favorite performer. To me he is an artist. Everything he does is exquisite. He has worked in 3 generations of KPop starting with Shinee, his solo career and Super M. He just was released from the military, so I can’t wait for Shinee’s comeback. Taeyong has some really great solo dance videos out. They are all super talented.
