دیگدان و تنور - کباب وطنی با نان وطنی | Afghan Street Food - Afghan Kabob

سلام دوستای عزیز امروز طرز تهیه کباب، غذای خاص و مشهور ما ره برتان نشان میتیم او هم سه نوع اش ره: کباب تکه، کباب شامی و کباب گوشت مرغ. در جورکردن یک سیخ کباب تکه از گوشت تازه گوساله و دنبه گوسفند استفاده میشه و بخاطر مزه دار شدنش از نمک، آب پیاز، سیر و از زیره بخاطر دادن یک بوی خاص به کباب استفاده میشه.
مه هم اونجه بودم و شروع کدم به آماده کردن یک سیخ کباب تکه مگم در آماده کردنش ناکام بودم و برم گفتن که ایقسمی نیم کباب ره میسوزانی. از بلو سنگ هم به تیز کردن کارد ها استفاده کدم مگم کار سختی بود و نتانستم کارد خود ره تیز کنم.
بعد ازو یک کار بسیار برم جالب و نو بود، ای که بخاطر راحت جویده شدن کباب پرده گک های نازک و سفید رنگ گوشت باید از گوشت جدا شوه و ایقسمی کباب به نرمی و مزه خاص خودش جویده میشه.
کباب ها آماده شدند و اوناره پیش مه آوردن، مام اول کباب چرب تکه ره خوردم که داغی کباب تکه و نرمی گوشت دنبه مزه بسیار عالی داشت، دوم کباب مرغ و بانجان رومی ره خوردم که توته های رومی زیر دندان یک مزه دگه به کباب میداد. آخرین کبابی که خوردم کباب شامی بود که زیر دندان نرمی و طعم خاصی داشت و با چکنی که همراهش آوردن هیچ دلم نمیشد که خوردن ره بس کنم. این کباب ها خو مره بسیار مزه دادن امیدوار هستم که شما هم از این برنامه لذت برده باشین و در طرز تهیه کباب بعضی نکات جالب ره یاد گرفته باشین.

Hi friends, today I will show you kabob, our special and famous food and in this episode you will see three types of kabob: Teka kabob, Shami kabob and Chicken kabob.
To make a stick of Teka kabob, fresh beef meat and fat are used and to make it tastier you can use salt, onion water, garlic and to make kebob smell tasty and wonderful a bit of cumin is used.
I was there so I started to prepare a stick of Teka kabob and I failed at doing that; they even told me I could burn almost half of the kebob with preparing a stick like that.
I also tried using Belaw stone to make my knife sharper but that was a hard thing to do and I also failed at doing so.
After that I saw something new and awesome, To help kabobs be chewed easier you must remove thin and white parts inside the meat and that’s how the kabob will become soft and easy to chew.
The kebobs were ready and brought to me to try and see how it tastes, so i started trying them on after another. First I tried the oily Teka kebob, the hot Teka kabob and soft fat tasted wonderful and yummy. Second, I tried Chicken kabob and tomatoes and the tasty fried pieces of tomato under my teeth added to its taste. The third and the last kabob I tried was Shami kabob and I enjoyed the special taste of it under my teeth and with Chakni (Afghani Sauce) that they brought with it I really didn’t want to stop eating.
These kabobs tasted wonderful, I hope you all enjoyed this episode and learnt some new points about grilling kabobs.
