Feli doesn't want her sister's in-laws to think she is lazy that's why she points out that Lawu can still do light chores even though she is pregnant. Her mother in law points out that she is also a woman and she knows what can and can't be done whilst pregnant, she knows that Lawu wants to do more but won't let her, she was enjoying pampering her and will continue to do so because she likes doing it and wants Lawu to feel appreciated and loved. I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times. The genuine love this community has for each other is amazing. If we can all learn to step back from our busy lives and appreciate the little things, the world will be a much better place. I commend this community for accepting Fely and Lawu and not treating them like outsiders. In fact, they seem to get more love and care than anyone else. Lawu’s mother in law doesn’t even want Lawu to work, even when she’s injured lol. Their simple lives in the countryside is something I enjoy seeing. Maybe one day, I can be a part of a welcoming community like theirs.

I honestly think Philly is right, Lawu can help with little work in the kitchen while the mother in law is recovering. Xiaoliu can cook, saw him doing it before and Lawu just need to assist him with simple job like preparing the plates or getting ingredients ready. This is normal, it's not forbidden for pregnant lady. In rural Asia or Africa, so many pregnant women does their normal duties like farming or house chores even until they almost due. But of course, one has to be careful. Lawu is not a lazy person, she always wants to help but Xiaoliu and his mom is very caring and always told her to just relax. It's her blessing to married a good and loving family. It's nice to see these people always took their time to visit each other in times like this, I hope Xiaoliu mom's will recover fast. She is a happy go lucky person, it's always fun to see her play and joke around with everyone.

I get where Felista is coming from but Lawu doesn't seem to be in the same situation as she was when she was pregnant. Lawu is so lucky to have a mother-in-law who cares about her and the unbotn baby's well-being. You may still be able to do work, but you don't have to work like a slave, there's family there who also have hands. So good on mother-in-law. Lawu is very fortunate. ❤
