Hey Stella ❤ quick tip for removing the permanent marker on your colour chart: draw over it with a wipable marker and wipe everything off immediately after. It will rehydrate the permanent marker and you should be able to wipe it all off

if you make your own hair dye brand, i really like brad mondo’s packaging. i like big tubs. it’s easy to get all the product out of the container and use the container and no bowl.

Hi, 1st love your new hair idea. And 2nd was thinking, to reuse in a more practical way the colour weel I would sugest putting a transparent plastic sheet or transparent acrilic sheet that you can clean or throw away in between videos. Just an idea so you don't have to get another one 🫶🧡

Another great colour theory Stella. My hair is growing back after chemo, and is dark grey. Does this mean it will take any colour, but be darker than the shade I use?

Theoretically yes. Grey hair however is THE MOST stubborn and can take a few tries to cover. Go for vibrant rich colors that can provide a serious stain as pastels might not have much effect

What do you do when color theory doesn't work? My current hair color is green and I've had it for nearly half a year. (I love it but I'm tired of it) I tried using color theory, so I dyed my hair red. It became red and not brown/dark blonde that I was expecting but I thought hey, I've had red before and I liked it so... but the red completely washed away and I still have green hair! So I thought, okay let's try pink. My hair turned almost purple and the dye washed away leaving it green again! What do I do? Should I try purple and hope that it doesn't become green again? I'm so close to just coloring it black again and letting my hair be.

Green can be a tricky color to correct because it does grab onto the hair. If semipermanent doesn’t do the trick it might be beneficial to look into Demi permanent dyes or toners as they penetrate the hair more than semipermanent

Selecting the price for the products is such a difficult process because if I create something that’s cheaper, most likely I’m sacrificing quality or color payoff, but if I increase the price to account for it, I’m scared it’ll alienate people. What I’m working towards is an ultra pigment rich dye that can be diluted down. So no matter how small the dye is, you’ll get the max out of it

I wish the color would show up my camera and the way the lightning is makes it look two times darker than what it is. It's got Auburn and copper tones in it.
