For the jacket, if you have the space, you could do it on a hot day and let it sit in the sun. Another option could be to scrunch and tie, boil it on the stove top with one color, rinse it completely, re-tie it differently, and boil it in the other color. There may be some overlap, but the only thing I could think of. Rit also has a color remover, but I’m not sure if it works on polyester.

Dude I think you can get the jacket to work. Just get it really hot and wet and do it again
