because of this teleserye, my childhood became memorable. I used to sing everytime their theme song and I acted always like I am mermaid everytime I swim in the sea and even inside our house "mermaid mermaid" we used to play. this is the first ever teleserye na tumatak tlaaga sa isip at puso ko. I will never forget this. I'm crying now reminiscing of my childhood memories nakakamiss maging bata 😭🥺 thankyou so much GMA ginawa nyong memorable childhood ng mga batang 90's. anyway I'm 22 now. so 10 yrs old lang pala ako nito nung pinalabas to. Yung original, swak talaga ang lahat ng cast, pati costumes na ang ganda at ginastusan talaga hanggang sa mga costumes ng mga extras, ang ganda at detalyado ng costumes at ang pulido at linis pa ng storyline nasunod talaga at hindi sila nagpasunud sunuran sa gusto ng audience, tapos yung mga shooting locations nila, kadalasan puro outdoors at hindi sila reliant sa green screen kaya feel mo talaga na nasa ibang mundo sila, di kagaya sa 2016 na mahahalata molang na nasa studio lang sila. Yung palasyo ng Lireo, halata na iisang studio lang ginamit at inuusog lang ang mga props sa background para kunwari nasa ibang part ng palasyo sila pero ganun pa rin.
