Dying Fetus are my favorite Death Metal band. Their first song I ever heard was Grotesque Impalement and I was not fan of it, not that it's bad, but in general I didn't like Death Metal at the time. But now I love that song! It wasn't until years later when I heard Your Treachery Will Die With You that I started to become a fan and now they're great. They are also starting on tour next month and I hope to see them live.

It is just unbelievable that all this aggression and this perfection comes from just 3 people, astonishing, this song is by far the most "accessible" one for someone new to dying fetus, the lyrics are just brilliant, personal favorite alongside Grotesque Impalement and one shot one kill

Looking at an old tour flyer on the wall, last time I saw them live, the supporting bands were The Acacia Strain, Jungle Rot, and Systemhouse 33. Systemhouse 33 is from India. We hung out for a bit with them. Would recommend a review of their video Detestable Idolatry. Good shit, more straightforward thrash than death metal. Thank you for the review!
