Yo bro i just bought dying light 2 and im wondering how can i get agent level for the christmas thing can u tell me how can i level up agent?

You get agent levels by completing the missions they have either the Daily Missions, Weekly Missions, and Regular or Elite Missions using Tickets for the Huntress and Harper but for leveling Jai the one that sells guns you need to complete Raids, or his Missions from his Board right next to him but that’s only after you beat his quest and find the guns in the map hope this helps
