Honestly, this makes me want to cry. This is the DL2 we could’ve/should’ve gotten. As someone who first played Dying Light back in 2015, I can honestly say it’s my favorite game of all time & it has a place in my heart. It was supposed to be a sequel but unfortunately something happened behind the scenes. This game went through some serious development. H*** they lost a lot of talented people and they completely changed the engine mid development. That's why they got delayed and they rushed it That's why a lot of the things in the game is copy and paste and looks nothing like the E3 version

Okay, they cut too much out of the game, yeah. What I want in DL2 is the "Chase the Truck" Objective revamped. Like you gotta look for the truck using binoculars, try and get to it before it enters the building, and the viral ladder grab to be added back. When that does, my life will be complete.

I agree, which is why mods exist and that shouldn't have to always be the case, but it is. When the Developers can't give what the community wants, mod creators come in and deliver. I really wish we got this version, but we don't. How long will it take for us players to accept this is what we have now? My guess is a long time. Until Dying Light 3 comes out and it learns from the mistakes of this one, we players will have a grudge on Techland.

I hope you realize that E3 2019 was mostly scripted and that it was so unfinished that most of the games map was unfinished and there'd be so many bugs you could hardly load up the game. I'd prefer a playable, non scripted game instead of a scripted demo which was presented to the public for marketing purposes which can hardly boot up on the average consumers PC.
