I wish the human enemies had more aggression. That's always been my biggest pet peeve in games and its sad to see it here. Crowds of human enemies dont mean anything as far as threats go because you only get attacked by 1 person at a time & the rest of them just stand to the side and watch patiently as you sexually & violently assault their friend in front of them. And they don't have any unpredictable moves or combos like you do. Just one obnoxious swipe attack that leaves em wide open. At least they're polite & wait till you're done fucking em up 1 at a time, but it doesn't work for gameplay & immersion.

Lots of people are unaware about these so here’s some info -No, this is not Crane and is not voiced by the same voice actor. This is Aiden Caldwell voiced by Jonah Scott -The game releases on December 7th 2021 EDIT: It’s been delayed to February 4th 2022 -Parts of the trailer were slowed down to look cooler, the running may be an exception but I don’t know how it’s an issue now because it was the same speed since 2019 and even in the recent trailers -NOT CONFIRMED The trailer may be from an older build of the game, notice how the animations look unfinished compared to what we have seen recently. While I don’t see an issue with these possibly being the final animations it’ll hurt the game I’m sure -it is entirely in first person although there may be a photo mode at some point So now you definitely know this so don’t cancel your preorders and angrily tweet at Techland yet

Textures didn’t load it, flying cars, t-posing NPCs, intense lag, messed up audio and worst of all, constant crashing. It was worst than goddamn early launch No Mans Sky and Anthem. Played on PS5, and found a…slightly-to-barely cohesive main story with empty choices on top of an empty open world. Yet, the very interesting and realistic side characters (and the fact I actually cared about what happened to them) combined with the concepts presented kept me playing to the end. Oh yeah, and it still crashed every few hours. On the PS5. Either way, I hope Dying Light 2 doesn’t end up the same way as Cyberpunk 2077.

I really hope they fixed the motion sickness issue. I've never had a problem with any other game, but DL had something going on with the engine and the way it rendered frames or something because within 10 mins I'd have a weird headache moving toward nausea. The game looks so good but the movement still needs work. Keep up the grind Techland! 0:55 when Aidan grabbed the bar he seemed to not have much weight to his body and he should gain more forward momentum after he let’s go of the swing 1:17 it seems like out of nowhere he gains so much downward momentum and loses his forward momentum. His arc out of the window didn’t seem realistic 1:19 how does he hang on the wall long enough to turn around so slow then jump after? He would have fallen to the ground already 1:28 he loses a lot of momentum then so much more when jumping from wall to wall here 1:37 less height, more forward momentum 2:19 how does he have that much leg strength to jump that high off of someone’s shoulder Conclusion: Every aspect of the campaign so far looks like a 9-10/10. My only complaint is the semi unrealistic momentum while Aidan moves around the city. To make a more satisfying parkour game make the movement feel a little faster while making it feel more buttery smooth. Also when you swing from poles depending on how high or low your looking should be how high or low your arc is and how much distance you get off of the swing. Example: you look towards the floor and basically use the pipe as a little break from your fall. You look upwards and lose a lot of speed but gain a lot of height to reach the floor above. You are looking straight ahead and you gain a little more forward momentum for a second while also giving your legs a rest. I hope you read this all Techland! LOVE YOUU!!!

Don't get me wrong I love the game, but a bit concerned about some of the animations and moves, such as the one at 1:19 or the other one at 2:08, it just doesn't look good, rather unfinished, slow and hilarious. Anyone new who sees this trailer first gonna have some negative impressions...

A lot of animations don’t feel natural as well. The character seems not to give a fuck about gravity from time to time and just do a 2-3m high jump 2:20 double jump in air, guy is literally 7m above the ground

@@azalty some of the more "impossible" moves can be attributed to superhuman abilities developed over time under the exposure of zombie chemicals-- I can let that go-- but whatever they "do" has to be done right. If you're clambering up a wall, your hands aren't sliding around-- they plant in place to give you the necessary friction to carry you upwards--- but when all is said and done, I still pre-ordered and I'm going to play the shit out of this came. It's still going to be fun and scary as hell, even with a few "flaws".
