This was patched a long time ago, only reason I can do it is because I have a original v1.00 standard game disc version. Not that I'm aware of I'm afraid.

Hi, I know it works on standard game version but it depends on when that edition came out, the duplication giltch was patched around version v1.0.3 so if that version came out afterwards then probably would have been patched.

The only way is to update the game to newer version but you can't take items from older game version save to another newer different version player save point if that's what you mean.

Let's say you have 2 player save points. 1 older version, 1 newer version. Any items in older version can't be moved to newer version uses you update older version to newer version save point but you still can't move items between save points regardless of version.

Hi, it needs to be the standard game, doing this method is like starting over although you can keep player save data if you want to revert back to latest game version and older version player save data will convert to newer game version. You basically disconnect from Internet and delete game install the re-install using disc but as soon as you reconnect to Internet it will try to update so pause it ot just don't reconnect. Please also be aware that you will loose any DLC'S so make sure you can re-download them. Get past the 1st 3 story quest so you can sleep in brecken's tower. From here you can then do the solo player stash duplication glitch and stack items over 999 using house hold supplies and chemicals to get high amounts to use to duplicate other crafting items or weapon upgrades like KING if you can find 1 as an example. You can then sell them to trader to make money.

​@Ahmerik13 HI, I take it your using standard game version v1.0.0 and not connected to Internet, Pact with rais story quest should be available, be in brecken's tower, sleep once, enter player stash, select a item you want to move to player stash, then press on ps4 X and 0 together, the window should popup as you exit player stash, enter player stash and select a higher amount item to be duplicated, it does take a little practice.

​@Ahmerik13 Hi, the solo player stash was found out originally soon after the game came out, not sure by who thought but 1 day I just decided to start a fresh using original disc and I wondered if I could do the duplication glitch if I stopped the game from updating and it worked fine so that's the long and short of it.

​@goodbyeluvs I've got dying light standard game on the xboxone and have done the duplication glitch on it, keep your player save data, make sure you have 1 free slot, you have too delete the newer game install, re-install via the disc but disconnect from Internet, get past the first 3 story quest so you are in the tower and able to play pact with rais quest (you don't have to do the quest), sleep once then you should be able to do either the player stash duplication glitch or the trader glitch, but if doing trader glitch don't do too many weapons as the game will glitch out and freeze, be aware though as soon as you connect to Internet it will try to update the game, I just cancel the update if I need to reconnect for other reasons, currently playing in the old town using version v1.0.0

You need to have version v1.0.0 standard game version installed and stop the game from updating, get past first 3 story quests, sleep once in brecken's tower, enter player stash, hover over low amount item, X and O together, you should go l out of player stash with a small window, enter player stash and hover over hight amount item to duplicate, using this method with household supplies will go over 999.
