I found this really interesting and love and appreciate that you "both" have that 'little bit more'. ie Look into, understand and/or if not understand, search to understand things on a level or two above the norm. Kiwi humbleness in there to boot. 10/10 Top show!

Leadership is inherent you but also get better at it by learning. Having such great role models is important but the mindset of the individual, and the will to lead, is key. Great podcast guys.

Best podcast I seen in a while. True and honest experiences. Every club has someone that does destroy a toilet!

Jones slid into the job ferociously attacking Lancaster as a "rookie coach" ... Listening to Hask and Hartley, Jones was absolutely spot on!

I'm so addicted to these podcasts. Everything for Eddie Jones suggesting books (I think its Moneyball) to players shitting all over toilets. Love these from across the pond.

Rugby players really do seem to be the best version of man that there is. Disciplined , loyal, hard working, driven, funny, intelligent.

Brilliant podcast really enjoyed the content and the interaction between you guys, as an ex rugby league player that ended up in corporate leadership I could really relate to Dylan’s journey but I cannot believe that the RFU did not invest in some leadership training and a leadership coach for such a critical position. Despite that what a great job he did and for me it was a sad moment when he retired. Love your work boys.

This was such a great conversation! Hask, I think you are doing a great service to many rugby fans by putting this content out there!! Many people need to learn how to shut the fuck up, keep their opinions to themselves and just watch the fucking game that these PROFESSIONALS are trying their best to put together to win day in day out while going against other PROFESSIONALS trying to do all they can to undo your best. People need to listen more to the pros and shut the fuck up! Thank you, this is much appreciated. Cheers!

I remember hearing that when Dillon got sent off for the Saints, the team would usually score more points than the opposition. The inference being that the team pulled together to support Dillon’s effort and example. A real leader.

That was really good! It was better than the Dylan guest appearance on The Good, The Bad, The Rugby. I also want to see if James can create as good a podcast with non-rugby personalities because if he can then there is so much potential for this.

Omg just finished what a flanker the other day and now listening to Dylan's book. Gotta be honest stopped listening halfway through to Dlyans to as Joe marlas book grip me like what a flanker did. Got back to Hartley's today, wish he had read it himself like you did. Dlyans book is different, he is a little more intense and doesn't have the hummor you and Joe have but iv really got into his book as he explains the rugby side of the job deeply and what he had to go through as you all did. I must say you players were playingp when I got into Rugby again in a big way. What struck me with all of you is the pressure, the way the game is changing, how f-ING painful, hard, and just how much rugby is far more than a job for you guys. New born respect and understanding of who you all are as players and people. I am hooked on these books after what a flanker, Joe's and now really sad that Dylan is nearly finished. Watching this now, I feel I have a bit of a insight into what your saying which I never felt I understood or felt I could listen to as didn't know, but that's changed. if I am honest, sorry I have been guilty of slagging off players after a loss. That will never happen again and my respect and love of England has grown beyond words after the three books. Loved listening to you both talking. Thank you for being such great players and giving me the pleasure of watching a game I love being played so well and through your books a completely new understanding. I will stop sucking up now but three pints of G and T in I had to write this.
